Her classes offer a great mix of effort and relaxation, and Ewa establishes good basics, continually brings new impulses, and adapts to the needs of her students. “I have tried a lot of yoga and was never truly satisfied until I attended Ewa’s Yin Yoga class about 3 months ago. She creates a pleasant atmosphere with her warm nature and calm voice, and there is also great, relaxing music. For the movements we do, Ewa always provides good guidance, alternatives, and further information about the purpose of the exercises. “I know Ewa from the course at my former employer. She is a great yoga teacher. This is mainly because she loves what she does and conveys this love for yoga in her classes. She practices alongside us, creates rituals, and always brings something new. What I like best, however, is that Ewa emphasizes that it doesn’t matter how well or poorly you can perform an exercise compared to your neighbor. Or that it’s not about who is better. Because that doesn’t exist in yoga. Every body is different. Ewa also addresses this individuality in her classes and always has alternatives ready.
