Hi, my name is Ewa,

and I’m a certified yoga instructor:

  • Yoga Teacher Training, 600h, Sivananda Style

  • Yin Yoga Teacher Training, 120h (incl. Myofascial Release)

  • Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, 50h

  • Meditation Teacher Training, 10h

  • (member of BYV, the Yin Yoga Berufsverband and the Business Yoga Berufsverband)

I have accumulated over 10 years of teaching experience - and I’d love to share my knowledge with you and assist you on your individual yoga path!

The reason I teach yoga is

very simple: yoga makes life easier!

Not only does yoga make the body both strong and flexible and can even prevent or alleviate illnesses - through focus, meditation, and breathing exercises, it also helps us cope with the ups and downs of life mentally.

Yoga allows me to pause. In a world full of external stimuli, it gives me the opportunity to listen to myself and focus on what is important to me. Yoga is my source of recovery, rejuvenation, relaxation, and strength.

And that's exactly what I want to pass on, why I like to teach it.

Don't be fooled by the common image of yoga - yoga is more than acrobatic poses and bodies twisted into pretzels :) It is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, endurance, gender, or weight.

If you start practicing yoga regularly, you will notice the following:

  • your body will become stronger and more flexible,

  • which will make you feel more comfortable in your own skin right away;

  • additionally, you will learn how to relax and

  • how to have more energy.

But the benefits of yoga are so profound, mere words cannot describe them:

You have to experience yoga.
